To protect your investment, steam cleaning your carpets every 12 to 18 months, depending on the color and the amount of foot traffic in your home, is recommended.
Steam cleaning, or "External Extraction" is the cleaning method nearly all carpet manufacturers and carpet fiber producers recommend. This process involves warm detergent first being sprayed on spots and spills and then injected into the pile with a high-pressure jet spray. A vacuum then sucks up the water and dirt. This is the only method classified as "deep cleaning". All others are considered light surface cleaning because they are incapable of removing dirt deep in the pile. Also, all other methods leave large amounts of cleaning agent in the carpet after cleaning.

If you want us to move any furniture, it will be done with extreme care and placed back in its original location, placing carpet and furniture protectors under the furniture legs.
